The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit qualifications from experienced professionals and consulting firms to provide as needed landscape architectural plan review and site inspection services. These services will support a range of projects, including private developments, redevelopment initiatives, and improvements on City-owned properties.

Required Experience/Skills: Qualified consultants must demonstrate expertise in landscape architecture, including strong knowledge of plant selection, including Indiana native plants, and a proven track record of developing and reviewing landscape plans that are both practical and successfully implemented. Proficiency in digital tools is essential; consultants must be capable of working efficiently through email, Microsoft Teams, and the City’s digital plan review platform.
