Title: Mid-Career Urban Planner

Key Responsibilities:
Produce outstanding client-based deliverables and technical solutions for each project.
Provide proactive and consistent management of staff performance to ensure adherence to budget and quality standards.
Empower individuals to serve our clients in a professional, productive, and collaborative manner.
Collaborate with the team regularly to ensure deadlines are met.
Take initiative for internal firmwide activities and committees.
Required Experience/Skills: Proficiencies:

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, both internally and externally.
Ability to produce exceptional deliverables, including site plan designs, specifications, and costs for land development, based on client needs and technical solutions.
Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and delegate project needs.
Required proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and GIS.
