Title: Landscape Architect / Designer

Job Description: Looking for an individual passionate about landscape architecture to join our site design group in our Indianapolis office. This position will provide site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical production on a variety of Healthcare and Higher Education projects. The ideal candidate will be able to do simple production in Revit as well as provide project management skills on smaller scale projects. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create the predesign, schematic design, and design development documents as directed.
Prepares overview of final project drawings and specifications.
Prepare necessary graphics for zoning submittals and presentations.
Prepare project information sheets for marketing and business development.
Confers with clients, engineers, and architects on overall program.
Visits and analyzes the site during planning stage to verify design can be incorporated into the landscape.
Inspects construction work in progress to ensure compliance with landscape specifications, to approve quality of materials and work, and to advise client and construction personnel on landscape features.

May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Google Apps, Mail, and Calendar, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, Revit, AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and Competency in design software for related field.
